Sports and leisure pics
Trondheim is a major sports city; in fact every third citizen is a member of a sports club. The city has excellent facilities and arenas for all interests and ambitions, from challenging sailing on the Trondheim fjord to playing golf into the wee hours of the morning under natural light in the late spring and early summer.
Trøndelag Theatre, Olavshallen and Studentersamfundet offer all types of stage performances and concerts featuring top national and international artists. Trondheim also has many interesting museums and art galleries that solidify its place as a major cultural centre in Norway.
